YMCA Camp Mason

YMCA Camp Mason is a summer camp and year-round outdoor education & conference center. Founded in 1900, our programs and facilities have grown tremendously since that time. Located in northwestern New Jersey in Hardwick Township, Camp Mason serves more than 11,000 children, adults, and families annually.

Join us this summer at Camp Munsee for fun, friends and memories to last a life time. Camp Munsee is based out of the Metuchen Branch YMCA. Daily and weekly activities include arts & crafts, sports, games, swimming, hiking and more! Weekly trip fees are incorporated into the price, except where noted. The trip schedule will be out in early June. Grades K-3 trips are Tuesday & Thursday and 4-8 are Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Hun School Day Camp

Full-day and half-day options are available at our day camp! Full-day is 9 am to 3 pm and half-day is 9 am to 11:30 am. For boys and girls ages 5 to 12, the camp provides a variety of games, arts and crafts, swim instruction and free swim, sports, and more. We offer an art curriculum with a weekly project. Tennis instruction will be offered the week of July 6th and soccer instruction will be offered the weeks of July 20th for no extra charge.

The location is a spectacular 55 acre camp, located in West Milford, NJ. It is surrounded by 500 acres of natural highlands and watersheds. Our magnificent 65 year old lakefront Lodge is where we eat, play and learn. Crystal clear Lake Hird is a beautiful 5 acre lake used for our waterfront activities. Ball fields, basketball courts and the tranquil hiking trails are also part of the grounds.
