Smoky Mountain Adventure Camp, situated adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Cherokee National Forest, is only a short distance from the popular resort town of Gatlinburg. Campers enjoy a full adventure experience as we cave, hike, backpack, tube, canoe, rappel, rock climb, ride horses, white-water raft, and participate in outdoor and naturalist programs. Goblins, gashes and great works of art!
In our movie makeup specialty, campers create glamorous characters and gruesome monsters! Using special techniques taught by professional makeup artists, campers learn the art of transforming each other into Hollywood-worthy characters, fairy princesses, wild animals, ghosts or zombies.
At the end of the week, campers take on a challenge to create a completely original character of their choice.

Live Action Role Play at Pali is ideal for imaginative kids. Campers play the roles they want to play¿¿¿in exactly the way they want to play them. They use their imaginations, problem-solving and storytelling skills on a daily basis. Pali Adventures is a one-of-a-kind overnight summer camp. Kids choose a morning specialty and all of their own afternoon activities to design a personalized adventure. We are one camp, but while campers are here they explore different interests. We are proud to offer DJ and Rockstar and 29 amazing specialties - from Motorsports to Flying Trapeze - and everything in between.
